FlyingZou provides premium pet products shipped from our US warehouse. All products are intended for pet use as described in their product listings. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify Payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Products ship from our US warehouse with delivery typically in 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over 5. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.

FlyingZou shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
